lol this didnt come out the way i had hoped...especially the clothes

he's based off of a black palm cockatoo. he doesnt have wings cause im lazy i think he's cute without them anyways. instead of wings i gave him the hair/feathers on top of his head that can stand up like a cockatoos

gosh my drawings are so uninteresting tho lol
