Seagull Pilot - Adoptable [CLOSED]

This guy took me a while to make ; A ;'' why? i have no idea. lol

But yay new adopt species!
i've been calling these cloud-necked guys Pilots. Mostly because when i first started comin up with them, i drew them in pilot outfits (just like this guy).

About the Species: All Pilots are based off of a bird or a flying insect. Some have wings and few have tail feathers (though its not common). Pilots are known for the cloud like masses that accumulate around their necks. These clouds are usually either white or grey, but a rare few can have clouds of color. Their clouds tend to change (mass/light or darker/movement) depending on their mood. A Pilots pupil looks like a cross hair. The lines of the cross hair will move outwards when focusing on something close up and inwards when focusing on something far away. Pilots are tend to be on the shorter side and have small pointed ears.
